Sergio Castillo Umana

Sergio Castillo Umana is a Junior at Washington College. He is majoring in Biochemistry and
Molecular Biology and minoring in Economics with a pre-pharmacy track. Among his main
career interests are pharmacy and toxicology. He plans to attend pharmacy school after
finishing his undergraduate degree and become an oncology pharmacist. He is originally from
Guatemala and moved to Maryland in 2017. He expects that the ToxMSDT program will allow
him to connect with a network of toxicologists and peers, expand his knowledge of toxicology,
and help him learn how pharmacy and toxicology relate.
