Victoria Yolyan Valentín-Rodríguez

Victoria Yolyan Valentín-Rodríguez is a senior Biology student at the InterAmerican University
of Puerto Rico in Aguadilla. She stands out as a tutor in Biology and Mathematics to provide
academic support to her peers. Currently, she is actively engaging within her community. She is
an active member of student associations such as the Society for Advancement of
Chicanos/Hispanics & Native Americans in Science (SACNAS) and the Leaders of Honor
Association. Victoria shares an interest in toxicology and is pursuing an MD/PhD in that field.
Her involvement in ToxMSDT showcases her commitment to expanding her knowledge in this
discipline, aspiring to contribute to the development of toxicology, especially within her Puerto
Rican community.
