Bana Luulay

Bana Luulay is a senior at the University of Louisville earning her BA in Biology with a pre-med track. She is originally from Eritrea and moved to the US in 2017. On campus, she currently holds the president position of the African Student Union and works as a chemistry tutor. She was introduced to the field of toxicology through the NCI Cancer Education summer program at her university. Since then, she has been interested in learning about the fields of pharmacology and toxicology. Through ToxMSDT, she hopes to build lasting connections and find ways to incorporate toxicology into her future career and possibly obtain an MD/Ph.D.
